I'm a new member - I didn't know forums like this existed until I was searching the web to find help to solve a problem I have with MS Outlook/Outlook Express.

So not wishing to take and advantage I still hope you can help me.



I recently had to remove Norton from my PC and I've changed to Zone Alarm Firewall & AVG antivirus. now it may be just a coincidence but since I've changed I've been unable to open Internet links (hyperlinks?) that are embedded in my MS emails.

I can still open links in hotmail and my ntl emails through the ntl website.

I've looked at all the settings in MS outlook, Zone Alarm and AVG and reinstalled MS outlook but have been unsuccessful.


If anyone can throw some light on this it will be greatly appreciated
