Auto-populate subject line from fields in a third-party.
Hello. I'd like to auto-pop the subject line of an e-mail from the fields in my CRM. That way, when I trigger this function, an e-mail will populate based on what I have on my screen.
It would be even better if I could type in a order number, or some reference, and Outlook will just go grab the stuff on the shopping list, so to speak, but that may be a deeper integration. Can it be done? If so, how? |

This sounds like a project that can be approached using a third-party scripting tool like Macro Express or AutoHotkey. To me, the second project sounds easier, and more feasible, than the first.
