Question Settings email transfert - log out after configuration

Good morning,

I have a first email address like hello.you@hotmail.com.
But having a site like hello-you.com, I also created an email address hello-you@outlook.com
So that I receive all the emails from my potential customers if they are ever wrong.

I had seen that it was possible to forward emails from Outlook through Settings > View all settings > Mail > Forwarding > Enable > Put email where I forward emails > Save.

After the configuration, it remains "active" for a few hours and when I return to the settings, the config has been removed and I have to redo the manipulation.

How come ? Did I miss a few things?

Thank you in advance for your insights Have a nice day everyone!
