How to see discrepancy between the time an email was scheduled (sent to outbox) and sent
As per title, I'm trying to find the easiest way to compare the time emails were sent to outbox, or scheduled, vs the time they were scheduled to execute the send.
I'm currently using Office 365 Apps for enterprise. On Outlook 365 (web version) I can see a clear difference in recent emails according to where they appear in my sent items, with scheduled emails appearing out of sync in the time they appeared in my outbox, and the time they show as sent. However, for emails older than 3 days, the time stamp in the outbox disappears, and I am only able to see a 'day', or 'date' stamp, with no exact time shown for when that email was moved to the outbox. On the desktop app, I have tried 'popping' out the email and viewing 'properties' to try and see where the email was scheduled vs sent, but I am not sure how to interpret this information. I apologise in advance if this is long-winded, I have tried to be as detailed as possible with the little knowledge that I have. |
