I am using Microsoft 365.
Is it possible to have two separate instances of Outlook running on the one PC? By separate I mean having two .pst or .ost files. Alternatively can I just have two separate Outlook email accounts running on the same machine? Thank you Robert |

You can certainly do either with Outlook 2019 i.e. with only Outlook instance. I have four accounts here and have them configured to use 2 PST files with POP access to the server. I can't imagine they have changed it for Office 365.
