Default Heating errors on one Outlook account

I'm running Outlook 365 on a laptop that's running Windows 11x64 Pro. Starting Outlook I get a pop up error window every time and when I open this Outlook. All of my accounts work fine except for this one. When I try to open the account I get another error. I've posted both of the Pop-Ups below. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling that account to say problem. I can go to Outlook.com and open the account with no problem. I've also done a repair of Office 365 which didn't cure the problem. I have also completely removed this email address from Outlook and reinstalled it but I get an error reinstalling it that talk something about parents permission? I'm very confused to say the least.

This is just a personal account, not a business associated account and the software is the same, personal, not business. The other email accounts are some personal and one business account and they all work fine!

Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
