Default Rules problem, Please help

I have this posted before, but have no response.. If I have the question wrong please let me know... I really need help.

I have a rule that is when mail arrives, use the rule for "through the specified account". which I have done... there are no exceptions.. all e-mail is to be forwarded (this is in outlook 2003 updated with sp2).

But all of the email that comes into that account does not forward. It is very random which e-mails it misses... I cannot find a reason for the missed items..

Does anyone have any idea that can help me...

Thank you Randy

Is this issue still unresolved? If so, please reply with the rule you created. The rule might not be configured correctly.
