Email Archive Recovering
Dear all friends,
I changed operating system of my PC a few days ago. before it, I made an archive of my emails in pst. format. Now I can't recover the archive, I think the reason is: my PC is in a LAN, I set date and time of my system but in changed automatically to an incorrect time so there is incompatibility between time and date of email archive and current time and date of my system. If there was no way for solving this incompatibility, is any solution to recover the email archive? Best Regards, Mohamad |

To help you troubleshoot this issue, Please supply answer to the following questions.
- Did you create this .PST file then performed the OS change? - Have you attempted to open the archive file by selecting file > Open > Open Outlook Data file? Best Regards, What is the error when you attempt to load the archive folder |

Dear Friend,
1- the pst file was created in the default route of windows automatically: c:\users\ ... \appdata\ ... \outlook. Now I use that file for email recovering. 2- Yes, I opened outlook data file but there is no change in my inbox and sent items. in this case emails aren't recovered too. 3- I didn't see any error. when I open the pst file, many emails that I received and sent in a period of 6 months, can't be recovered. Thanks, |
