When we try to do create an e-mail in Outlook 2021, Outlook closes and reopens. We are not able to send an e-mail. In looking at the Event Logs, we get:

I have completely uninstalled Office, restarted the PC then reinstalled Office. It seem to be working fine yesterday afterwards, but this morning, it started crashing again.

I also ran SFC/SCANNOW.

Please advise.

Sorry, I have no solution for you but a consideration: if you are using Outlook 2021 why does your log refer to Office16 folders ?
Microsoft once had a tool to clean up old installations before attempting new installations. Could be useful.

Ps. my notes say that it was called: SetupProd_OffScrub.exe
