Outlook keeps crashing
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to look at this. When we try to do create an e-mail in Outlook 2021, Outlook closes and reopens. We are not able to send an e-mail. In looking at the Event Logs, we get: Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 16.0.16026.20200, time stamp: 0x63e71a0c Faulting module name: mso20win32client.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x63e4d148 Exception code: 0x01483052 Fault offset: 0x000000000026efbd Faulting process id: 0x2158 Faulting application start time: 0x01d943b4c781a411 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso20win32client.dll Report Id: ca523e41-850c-4e59-89ed-0452df728ab7 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: I have completely uninstalled Office, restarted the PC then reinstalled Office. It seem to be working fine yesterday afterwards, but this morning, it started crashing again. I also ran SFC/SCANNOW. Please advise. Thank you, Don |

Sorry, I have no solution for you but a consideration: if you are using Outlook 2021 why does your log refer to Office16 folders ?
Microsoft once had a tool to clean up old installations before attempting new installations. Could be useful. Ps. my notes say that it was called: SetupProd_OffScrub.exe |
