I am trying to help my friend set up Outlook365 to run his small plumbing business, but I have been unable to link an existing customer’s contact details with an appointment. What I understand would be ideal for him, is from the appointments page to be able to search his contacts, drag or press a button and it would drop all the details into the notes section. Or is there a better way of doing it, (from contact’s page?) to save keep copying pasting etc? and without retyping or keep moving windows around.
