Hi
I have an account connected to Outlook as an Exchange account (data file of this account to .ost). This account has 95GB of emails. I want to archive emails from a specific date range to a .pst file. There are 30 subfolders in this account. I need tips to help me do this job as efficiently as possible. I do not want to do this archiving through the tool built into Outlook because I heard that using this tool is associated with the risk of losing e-mails. Do any of you have such experiences? How else can I archive if I am afraid of the above solution due to the risk of losing e-mails? Regards |
