Default Unable to save changes to a draft email in Draft folder

This has only been happening for the last month or two.

I found this question, “Unable to save changes to a draft email in Draft folder for IMAP accounts”. The response was last updated on February 24, 2020. The work-around doesn’t help, if more than one revision needs to be made. No attachment existed in the draft, so that’s not the problem. Saving the draft in the default folder, Inbox, causes a problem because when it is sent from there, I had no record that it was sent in the Sent folder. Is this a problem with Windows 11, because I don’t remember that it has happened before. I don’t understand what an IMAP account has to do with it
