Default Rule to Move Original Message and All Conversation Messages to Other Folder

Hi everyone -- Is it possible to set up a rule that says that any time I receive an e-mail from a given e-mail address that that message and any other messages in that conversation get moved to a different folder?

Basically, if I get an e-mail from user@email.com, I want that to be moved to a folder, and if anyone responds to that message, I want that message to automatically be routed to that same folder. I'd like for that to happen every time I get an e-mail from that address.

Thanks!
