Default Two different pst's

I have 2 pst that I made of 2 different emails that I had on different webmail servers.

Both servers were pop/imap, so the Pst files have lots of sub-folders.

I have a clean install of Outlook on my new system, and I want to use Outlook only to look at the history/past emails of these 2 pst files.

How do I get it so that both file/email folder hierarchy are protected, but that both are in Outlook and I can switch between the 2 as I need to look at past emails?

You should be able to:
1st. close Outlook.
2nd. Open "Mail" in control panel.
3rd. Click "Data files" and add the .PST file.
4th. open outlook and you should see the newly added .PST file as a new tree.
