Advanced Find Fails In Outlook2013 On 2010 Sent Emails
Hi,
new SSD, install win10 64bit then Office 2013 pro. introduce .pst file correctly from outlook 2010 on win7, 2013 is receiving and sending emails ok. click sent items folder, click advanced find, select the recipient and a keyword, subject field and message body and hit find, and nothing found except one made a week ago, yet there are many there that meet the criteria. view them and open them, all should be found, yet it ignores them. In fact the keyword should find many more but for the recipient name filtering such out. Searching sent folder with advanced find it only shows emails made since outlook2013 was in use. delete index, re index 70K emails, a week later another techie reindexes and it stops after 2K saying done. 70k was seen at start of session, still it fails. I have Msoft tech 'screen sharing' for 5 hours and 2 hrs a week ago, getting nowhere. 7hrs of nothing ness, and then the screen share wont work. What is going on, its as if indexing hasnt in fact noted whats in the emails, How do we get advanced find working ? Cheers DBenz |
