Setting up new email on outlook for new domain

Hi, I already had an outlook account that had an email address set up. Iwanted to add a completely different email with a new domain, but could not get it to work. Now seem to have ended up with two monthly subscriptions neither of which will allow me to add new account. Any ideas??
