Access in 3 different calendars from the outlook calendar
Hi all,
My boss has 2 admins/owner that are hosted from google. So 2 different companies with different email admins. (Let's name them "Line" and "DM") He also has 1 outlook email, that has been given to him by a company (lets name it "Amico"). He receives all the emails into the outlook office mail . And he also uses the outlook calendar for all the meetings from all 3 companies. Now, I need access to change and edit events to all 3 calendars. As I have mentioned, my boss uses the outlook calendar. Ideally, I would like to edit changes from the outlook calendar and have all 3 of them overlay in one. So far, I have access to the "Line" company calendar. Where he also has given me an email, under the same admin, so I'm part of his organization. For the "DM" company he gives me permission to change and edit the calendar. But when I accept it, I can only see when he is busy/free. And for the "Amico" company, he can't share the calendar at all with me. I imagine because the owner has not allowed to share informations/calendars outside the organizations. What are my options to have access to his Amico calendar? And how could I merge them all in one ? Even if they are google calendars? I would really appreciate it, any given help. Thanks a lot! |
