Default Setting Up Outlook 365 and My Email Provider

Hi,

I just purchased Office 365 and I am trying to setup Outlook with my email provider. I use Shaw Internet in Canada, but I can not seem to get the correct setup in order to send and receive emails. I have setup an account in Outlook, but can't send or receive. Where are all the pop3 and IMap settings in Outlook? The only account I have showing is the Microsoft Exchange. Any Help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Brad
