Default Redirect without losing CC

I'm using Outlook 2007 on XP and want to be able to redirect all mail sent to my Exchange server to a different address.

Setting up a rule is easy, and achieves the result in one sense: all my email goes to another email address.

The problem is that I very often receive email on distribution lists where I need to see who the other recipients were, but for some reason when I get my email forwarded to account 'xxxxx'@gmail.com, the only email address given in the 'to' field is 'xxxxx'@gmail.com, and nothing appears in the CC field, even when I know that there are other recipients there.

Is there a way to get Outlook 2007 to redirect all mail to a different account while retaining all the To and CC information?

I know how to set a default CC: using VBA scirpting, but about the items that you will get in your Inbox, i have no idea how to.. If you feel like the script, just ask me, and i will place it here!
