Message shows up normal in Junk folder, but blank when I transfer it to Inbox
I don't know if it's the same for everyone ... I guess so ...?... but sometimes I get an e-mail sent to my Junk folder in Outlook which is actually a legit e-mail, and which, therefore, I want to move to my Inbox. The e-mail will appear 'normal' and readable in the Junk folder, but as soon as I move it to the Inbox, the wording vanishes.
I've tried going into Hotmail and transferring the message from the POP folder to the Hotmail inbox, which in turn downloads to Outlook; but Outlook still sends it straight to Junk, and that's where we came in.
It did occur to me that part of the problem might be the fact that I don't know what particular aspect of the e-mail is causing it to be sent to Junk in the first place ( having been using Outlook for years, there are a lot of rules in place now! ). However, I have sometimes also had a situation where an e-mail is downloaded straight to the Outlook Inbox and appears blank, even though it's fully intact in the online Hotmail POP folder.
Any thoughts, anyone?
