Hello,
I manage a few email accounts at our Corporation. I typically redirect many emails throughout the day. Many of these redirects require I indicate some common information. I would like to respond with an email template that has a few drop down lists to choose relelvant information. I cannot find a way to do this in Outlook.


Can anyone assist?
