iCloud Outlook Add In is causing Outlook 2021 to crash and got disabled
Hi all,
Since last Tuesday I'm facing the following problem. In Outlook 2021 the iCloud Outlook Addin got disabled. I tried to enabled it through the "Slow and Disabled Add-ins" window unsuccessfully. I also sign out from icloud and sign back in, the syncing process with outlook completed successfully and still didn't work when I open Outlook. Windows iCloud version: 13.4 (downloaded from windows store) Outlook 2021 version: 2207 Build 15427.20210 Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks. Andy PS: I tried uninstalling and installing icloud. It didn't work! |

I found the link => iCloud Doesn't Sync
The loadbehavior is set to 3 in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outloo k\Addins\Apple.DAV.Addin but still the addin is disabled so I check the registry for the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\offi ce\15.0\outlook\resiliency\addinlist to force Outlook to always load it. My office is version 16.0 (Office 2021) and the above path doesn't exist. Anyone knows the path for my version so that I can try it? Thanks! ** Forgot to mention that the installation is on Windows 11 |

I manage to enable it:
"In File-> Options-> Add-ins, set the Manage dropdown list to Disabled Items and press Go..." Issue solved! |
