Default Is there a way to adjust my junk mail filter?

For some reason I've started receiving more and more junk mail in my inbox. Is there a way to filter it out: For example:

File Type: jpg add free outlook.jpg (26.5 KB, 8 views)

Create a rule to automatically move incoming messages (from specific senders or email addresses; that contain specific words in the subject line; etc.) to the Junk folder or to the Deleted messages folder. It's also possible to permanently delete these messages on arrival.
