After formating PC

Hi everyone,

After formatting my PC I import my PST file and I have everything like before on my Outlook. My problem is that I have limited internet downloading and now if I push send/receive button I`ll download all my messages from server and I`ll finish my internet. I`m using Outlook 2007.
