There is a need to group emails by unique attachments (name + size)
Is there a way to do that, either in outlook or exporting into Excel / another spreadsheet.



Any help with the existing / non-existing tool will be much appreciated.

Assume the word in the attachment name is "report."


Type the following into the search field:


HasAttachment:Yes Attachments:Report



(Don't type a space after the colons.)

The names of the attachments are unknown.
Assuming I have thousand of emails with hundred of different atatchments I wish to have a hundred groups of emails.

Otherwise to export into excel the email attachment names only, is that doable?
