Default How best to tidy this up when moving to 2013 ?

Hi,
I am rebuilding my win 7 64 bit PC to win 10 64 bit, simply by removing existing SSD and installing new one then installing win 10 64 bit. It will have new SSD drives replacing the whizzy ones.
I am somewhat daunted at the task of migrating my email accounts over to Outlook 2013 on the new SSD with win10 64 bit OS install, from the Outlook 2010 and Win 7 64bit.
I see from what I read that the .pst file holds all emails.
In the past I have had more success simpIy doing a copy paste into username/Outlook files than launching Outlook. Doing the export import thing I recall issues like address book not there.
I wish to backup the .pst files then get them onto the rebuilt PC.
They are:-
ShaunTheSheep@blueyonder.co.uk – FredBloggs.pst ...........265Kb
ShaunTheSheep@blueyonder.co.uk (1) – FredBloggs.pst ......265Kb
Fred@ShaunTheSheep.demon.co.uk – FredBloggs.pst ..........30,337,113 Kb
Fred@ShaunTheSheep.demon.co.uk (1) – FredBloggs.pst .....265 Kb
test@test.net – EmailTransfer.pst ....................................3,620,073 Kb

(fictional name and address !)

Now here is the thing…
in email tab in accounts I have TWO email accounts, emails arriving to both addresses come into THE SAME INBOX. That is possible only with a POP3 account. I am staying with POP3.
I MUST HAVE THE OUTLOOK 2013 DOING SAME. Will the single 30Gb achieve that ?

E-mail Accounts
email tab has:-
ShaunTheSheep@blueyonder.co.uk (2) POP/SMTP (send from this account by default)
Fred@ShaunTheSheep.uk (1) POP/SMTP

selected account delivers new messages to the following location:
Fred@ShaunTheSheep.uk – FredBloggs\Inbox
in data file C:\Users\...\fred@ShaunTheSheep.demon.co.uk – FredBloggs.pst

See foot of this post for what my left column shows.
Is there somewhere I need to make account settings to get that to happen ?
I see the pst file is 30Gb, I see mention of best to have as 2Gb and use archive facility.
Haven’t a clue what that involves but I search through emails going back years sometimes . if archive puts my emails in some ‘tricky to open and display as they currently are and even worse to search on in the normal manner’ situation then that’s no good to me.
My left column sees the following, I could do with removing those that don’t have emails, they got there during the set up of this, my pit crew experimenting a bit !
Perhaps by not copy pasting the 265Kb files above and also that test@test one I can tidy this lot up a bit ?

I feel if I do the export import It will grab the lot.
How do I tidy that lot up ?

Here is my left column.

test@test.net - EmailTransfer

so there we have it. Needs tidying up dead wood etc.
My second account used to be with demon but its now just Steve@ShaunTheSheep.uk but that demon address is used in the pst files.
I leave it like that as it works !

Q1 how to get two accounts into one INBOX as at present.
Q2. How to remove dead wood accounts in that left column ?
Q3. Copy paste rather than export and leave behind the 256Kb and test@test ones ? will such bring in the address book contacts etc.
Q4. Whats archive about and how is it done, fear what I might not have easy access to !
