Default Accounts won't connect in Outlook after recent Windows 10 update

Recently my PC ran an update to Windows 10 = KB5013624

Following update I was unable to Send/Receive mail through Outlook 2016 - there were server connection error messages displayed at the bottom. Did the usual shut everything down and reboot. I tried to start in Safe mode but there were issues there. I uninstalled the update but problem persisted. Updated again and then updated Outlook. Used Repair option. Continued to receive server connection errors.

Final attempt was to delete the Profile and create new. I then started to add my email accounts to Outlook. There are 5 that I use on a regular basis (I work contracts and have email addresses on client domains and the usual separation of business from personal email).

THE PROBLEM: I am unable to get one of the email accounts to complete setup. I've tried manually and automatically. The dots spin with message adding me@thedomain (Email Account Setup process) and this can go on for 10+ hours and not move.
I've specified the IMAP and SMTP information from the sync settings in the account I've launched the program as Administrator. Cleared all reference to email accounts from Registry and authenticated my account again. I cannot locate an error message. I've found information stating that you cannot have 2 email addresses on 2 different domains using Exchange. That wasn't an issue before the update.

Can someone point me in the direction of identifying where the problem may be? Please and thank you.

Elaine
