Forwarding issue on Outlook

Hi all, I was wondering if you could help with the below:

I have an accounts email address that I want certain emails forwarded to my email address however if my out of office is on, it then sends the OFO to the sender of the original email. How do I fix this?

Then secondly, when emails are forwarded to my email address it says the sender is accounts and not the actual sender. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This sounds like the way Outlook is supposed to handle out-of-office messages.
