Hi everyone!
I use outlook 2003 at work for customer support. I am missing a couple of features, and I was wondering if anyone knows any addons or other solutions to my problems. Imagine the following scenario: I receive an email from a customer asking about delivery times for a product. I email our supplier about this and then get a reply a few days later. However, at this point I have to manually search for the original message from the customer to reply to him. Is there a way I can "link" these two messages? (Without cc'ing the customer, I'm not looking for "conversation" functonality). I would also like to be able to add notes to an email message, but notes that will only be visible to me, not the receiver. So that when I get a reply, I also see the notes. Anyone know of any solutions? (Also posted at http://social.answers.microsoft.com/...1-b1cd667e178d) Last edited by napoleon007; 10-06-2010 at 01:57 AM. Reason: cross post |
