how to completely disable this prompt permanently?

Suspect I got this prompt because of Outlook Google Calendar Sync installed. I definitely still need my sync. What can I do to get rid of this?

Normally you just need to make sure your antivirus definitions are up to date - see the application wiki for more details

it is always updated. but it still appears.
