How can I make a picture fit an email without stretching it?

Hi-

I have a series of emails I need to send out in Outlook with a picture as header. The issue I'm having is I cannot make that picture fit the email as you can see in the attachment, without it looking stretched. Is there a way to do this without ruining the picture?

I tried several methods to no avail.
