Outlook 365 not send/receive on startup/opening

Issue with recent Gmail server verification with Outlook resolved today, but now Outlook does not automatically send/receive on starting/opening. Group settings not changed and is setup properly. Send/receive works fine when done manually. Interesting, but no setting that specifically is for automatic send/receive on opening.
