Outlook not displaying HTML emails in certain folder, until email is moved
I've an odd problem with Outlook on O365, latest release.
Recently SOME emails are not display as HTML, just plain text. All the usual display settings are fine, and certain things are showing as HTML as I'd expect. Others - not at all. However I can easily get them to display as HTML by simply moving the email to another folder (in a separate data file). It shows fine at that point. Even more oddly, if I then move it back to the original folder, it will display fine too! There seems no rhyme of reason to those that display OK originally, nothing to do with safe senders, Trust Centre or whatever. Any ideas? A new profile behaves similarly - so I'm thinking it must be something server side? But when viewing on the webmail (it's a Kerio Connect account) emails simply fine from the off. Also display fine on iPads and iPhones. Very odd! Any help appreciated, thank you. |
