Default How to turn off auto-replace Emojis?

Hello, I use Outlook through Firefox browser on PC. The issue I have is where it automatically replaces text into emojis, such as :P or B). Currently I have to manually undo them as they happen, through either backspace or ctrl-z; however, this gets tedious. Any online solutions I can find are outdated. Under the settings for Compose & Reply, I currently have text predictions off.

I would also be interested in disabling asterisks from turning text into bolded text. I am okay with double tildes turning text into strikeout, but if the setting disables everything, I'd be fine with it.

Oh, and while I'm here, is there any things similar to these things which automatically converts text into superscript or subscript? Online says ctrl+shift+= or ctrl+shift+-, but at least on Firefox, those seem to change the zoom levels for my browser.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
