Default Microsoft Outlook 2021 menus

I have installed Outlook 2021 on my PC but the large menus are not appearing. I want the large menu or something similar as per attached image.

Please help me how to fix it.

Make sure your functions keys are set up as function keys, and not as media keys.

Then press Ctrl + F1.

Another possibility is that you have inadvertently activated the button to auto-hide the ribbon. In that case, Ctrl + F1 won't work.

So if that's your situation, look in the upper-right corner of the Outlook window. You will see an icon that looks like an arrow pointing up inside a small box. Click on the icon.

Click on either "Show Tabs" or "Show Tabs and Commands."

My final idea (or perhaps my penultimate or ante-penultimate idea!) is to give focus to the ribbon by pressing and releasing the "Alt" key. If that brings up the ribbon, you will also see the arrow-in-a-box icon near the upper-right corner of the Outlook screen that will allow you to change the view for the ribbons/menu.s
