Import/export is usually not recommended in Outlook, which caused so many problems. You can make a copy of the pst file from the old profile and open it in the new one.
The good thing about using a new profile is that it won't mess up your existing data, if you don't get the result you want, you can delete it and create another profile. I'm sure there are some other ways to achieve what you want. |
