Does Outlook store a copy for each recipient copied on an email or use pointers instead?
Hi, I sometimes copy myself on emails i send to others. And I want to assure one of my peers that it isnt a big waste of space like she thinks it is. Can I tell her Outlook doesnt actually store an extra copy for each address copied on an email? |

Outlook stores one message regardless of the number of recipients. Each recipient will receive a copy of that message. If you send a copy to yourself then you will have the original and the copy.
