Default Outlook 2007 Not Fully Closing

Hi, this is my first time to this forum so hopefully there's some people that can help me!

My Outlook will not shut down completely, I can see the icon in the tray and also in task manager under the processes tab (OUTLOOK.EXE). If I force it to shutdown through task manager it will start back up fine, otherwise it will keep running multiple instances of outlook but nothing shows up on the screen.

I am using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Outlook Client.
Windows Vista SP2

Anyone ever see this??

Thanks to all who reply!
