outlook 2000 pst greater than 2gb
so too bad I didn't know and too bad ms doesn't warn or prevent you from adding to an outlook 2000 .pst file letting go >2gb, but it happened.
I'm trying the pst2gb and scanpst combo to get a smaller version that is still usable but really it truncates too much off the end to retrieve the current info I need. any other suggestions? I have have outlook 2003 and tried converting the format with adding the old too big pst to the 2003 data files but it gets rejected for being too big there as well? if 2003 can handle .pst's larger than 2gb, why can't it not import or convert a 2000 file that is greater than 2gb? is there some ms trick I'm missing? |
