I have a gmail account that I would like to use on both my home laptop (running Windows 7 Home Premium) and my desktop computer (running Windows XP service pack 3).
I have gone window for window, but always get stalled at the Send Test Message button with the following error: Task 'pop.gmail.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' I also got an error: That account has already been used. Please choose another name. Is it a problem having the same gmail account on two computers using the same cable modem? Thanks, Daniel |
