Hi,

I have verizon as my ISP for many years now. They controlled my email settings and whatnot until 2017 when the sold it to AOL so verizon wouldnt have to do it anymore. Ever since then, when making changes to my PC whether it is an update, new pc, android phone, there is always issues. I can log into my AOL account with my credentials just fine. When I put windows 11 on my external SSD and added OFFICE 2021, I can not access my OUTLOOK 2021 service with those same AOL creds and the correct server settings. I cant figure out why and I am certainly not going to pay AOL support to do this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
