Default Single-click to archive emails to dif't folders based on original folder?

Howdy!

I have made about a dozen rules in Outlook that route emails (mostly based on key words in the subject), but I can only get them to automatically be filtered to folders on the server.

I'm trying to automate a way to:
1) click a button
2) take the emails that I've highlighted
3) find the name of the folder I'm in
4) move them to the corresponding folder (same name) in a PST file

There are usually two (2) levels of folders, if that makes a difference.

I've played with rules that check the category or the "flagged" status, but again, they don't seem to want to move emails to off-line storage.

Elsewhere, I have been given the advice to use the AutoArchive feature. But since that is not a manually-driven solution, it is not ideal.

Thanks in advance.
