Outlook 2016 - Refuses to open or synchronize folders
I have several individuals that connect to our online Exchange 2016 server that had utilized Outlook 2010.
Recently, those client no longer connect to the server. (Finally, can upgrade these people). So, have removed and upgraded to Outlook 2016. All individuals have been upgraded, configured, connected and working fine... except one... Start Outlook, greeted with setup, enter particulars - Outlook connects to the server fine, then Outlook disappears and then I'm greeted with this lovely message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file." Removed profile. Removed .PST/.OST Removed profile in Registry - Still same message. Any takers?? |
