How do I make rules when data nearly the same in header
Hi
I have emails that have have in the subject the following 5446 ABCD LTD 5446 ABCD LTD TVM I have set up rules so when it contains 5446 ABCD LTD in the subject or header it moves to a specific subfolder of which its doing OK but when Ive set the rule up for 5446 ACCD LTD TVM to move to another specific subfolder its not doing it. I have UNTICKED stop processing more rules. Any way I can get round it so they both work. Thanks |

In theory if you process the rule for 5446 ABCD LTD TVM before 5446 ABCD LTD it should work.
