Default OL 2019 Advanced Find window results "size"

After a search, when there are results, the Advanced Find window has a bar across the "middle" that separates the search terms from the results. The upper section is usually very large, with huge empty white space, and the results section is often at or below the bottom edge of the window, making me think the search returned NO results. There is no need for ANY white space below the search fields section.

[The bar is adjustable, draggable upwards or downwards, which solves the problem for this one moment -- but that's only a solution if one knows to look for the bar in the first place.]

Can the upper section dimension be fixed somehow? I've not found any information; I suspect the solution, if not the problem, is very obscure.

Thanks!
