Outlook Desktop Shortcuts
Hi All, Looking to create some desktop shortcuts in W10 so that they open specific calendars in my outlook. I have alot of shared calendars (all same domain) and want to have some shortcuts so that I can just double click and a new outlook opens in the calendar mode in that particular calendar. Many Thanks Ian |

Not sure this is possible. But the following method, which I haven't tested, might bring you closer. You might need to use VBA or a third-party scripting tool (AutoHotkey, Macro Express, etc.) to take you the rest of the way.
While viewing your calendars in Outlook... 1. Click File > Save Calendar. 2. Save the file somewhere (but not on the desktop) as an .ics file. 3. Close Outlook. 4. Using File Explorer, navigate to the folder that contains the .ics file. 5. Create a shortcut to the .ics file, and move the shortcut to the desktop. |
