Default Moving outlook to a new Windows 7 User

Having received a used computer as a gift, I installed MSOffice and set up Outlook under the name of the User who had given me the computer. Yesterday, when I set up my own user name, I found that I had to set up Outlook again. That's understandable but I have already set it up and downloaded mail into the instance I have set up under the other profile.

Is there anyway to simply move the instance of Outlook from one User to another?

Thanks in advance,
Kofigan

The easiest thing to do would be to export your info to a pst file, then open your new profile and import the pst file back in.

As stated above, the best way is to export your data to a .PST file. If you are using Outlook 2007, you can simply select' File', ' Import / Export.

For 2010, 'File', 'Open', then 'Import'.

We hope this information was found helpful.
