Default Plain text changes to Heading 1 Style

When I type plain text in the notes section of contacts in Outlook, it changes to the Heading 1 Style.

I don't know why it does that?

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Thanks in advance

You may have inadvertently pressed the hotkey to change the style to Heading 1: Ctrl + Alt + 1.

Select the text in the "Notes" field that is displaying as Heading 1. In the "Format Text" ribbon, change the style from Heading 1 to "Normal."
