Default OWA forces Outlook network logon to Exchange

I set up one of my users to use OWA to look at a special mailbox. However, once I did that, in order to connect to her own Outlook mailbox, she has to provide network logon credentials.

If she just goes to Outlook, the system connects her. But, if she opens the special mailbox using OWA, the next time she opens Outlook, she will have to provide credentials in order to connect to the server.

I also notice that the logon box has the user id of the OWA user mailbox.
I have selected the box to "remember" her password, but that doesn't help.

The Exchange server is Server 2003 SP1 - Exchange Standard- SP1. Her workstation is XP SP 2, fully patched.

Have you any suggestions?

Thanks.
